When I founded SLAMP, in 1994, my goal was to create something really new in the panorama of Italian design: a reality able to offer quality lamps, that are able to combine in himself the care of the artisan to the excellence of industrial production. Products made of patented materials and innovative, they were unique and immediately recognizable. So, after gathering around me some of the greatest international designers, such as Mendini, Cibic, Dalisi, Garro, Munari, was born the "Slamp Tube" in its many versions graphics: from then on, the growth of SLAMP has never stopped, so much so that today it is a trademark among the most representative in the world of decorative lighting design, a true point of reference for anyone who wishes to object sought after, original, exclusive and yet within reach of all. The success of SLAMP is all in its DNA, made up of curiosity for new materials and experimentation and trust in your instinct but always through the engineering solutions to the most futuristic. A perfect agreement between the refer to the great masters and visionary force, great passion and undeniable skills, that guide my young designers of the Slamp Creative Team beyond the limits of the already seen.
