The shipment of your package

Orders, for goods available in stock, will be given to SDA (Poste Italiane) courier or BARTOLINI courier within 2/3 days from the received payment. An email notification will be sent to communicate at the time of shipping.

Upon receiving of the goods, before signing the receipt to the courier, you must check the state of the individual packages and make sure that they have not been damaged. If so, you must write on the courier receipt what you found (broken, open package, missing packages, etc.).This procedure is necessary because, once the delivery note has been signed to the courier without any dispute, even if, subsequently, anomalies are found, we cannot intervene as it is impossible for us to contest the damage to the courier and therefore request reimbursement of the insured amount. Therefore, it would be not possible to exchange the article.

If you want delivery to your floor, you can request the relative cost which varies according to the weight and volume of the individual packages. In this case, and only when the shipping cost is charged, the goods travel at our risk. In the event of theft / loss, we undertake to send a new product and, should it be unavailable and / or out of stock, we will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the customer having the right not to accept this new product and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product itself. In the hypothesis that the courrier is in charge of any title by the customer, we will not be responsible for the loss and / or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the courrier.

Delivery, unless otherwise agreed, will take place during normal working hours every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs and times for Italy

Delivery times are normally 2/3 working days (based on the type of shipment requested), which may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities.

For each order, a fee will be charged which is calculated by the system based on the items purchased and their quantity. Before confirming the order, a special page will be displayed in which the cost of shipping will be highlighted. If you feel that these charges are inappropriate, just drop the order.
